About Easyalap
Last updated 20 September 2026
Easyalap is built by Teckpal, in Dhaka. It exists because a small shop in Bangladesh sells on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram at once, and spends its evenings typing the same six answers: what is the delivery charge, is this in stock, where is my order.
What we decided early
- It answers from the real shop. Stock levels and order status come from the store you connect, not from a script somebody wrote in advance. An agent that invents an answer about stock costs you the sale and the customer.
- Money stops and waits. Refunds, cancellations and price changes never happen without a person confirming them, and a refund asks for a code even inside a live session. An agent that can move money on its own is not a feature we want to sell.
- Bangla as people actually write it. Customers type “apnader delivery charge koto?”, not formal Bangla and not English. That is what it is built to read.
- Everything is logged. Who did what, when, and what changed. A disputed refund should be answerable, not argued about.
What we will not do
We do not put numbers on this website that we cannot show you the arithmetic for, we do not display customer logos we have not been given, and we do not quote testimonials nobody said. When we have shops willing to be named, they will appear here with their own figures. Until then the calculator on the home page runs on your numbers, not ours.
