One customer thread, up to 15 replies from the agent. A longer thread counts again for every further 15. A thread you answer yourself does not count.

What happens when I run out?

Threads already in progress keep being answered, because stopping halfway is worse than not starting. New ones wait in your inbox for you. Nothing is deleted and nothing charges itself.

Can I stop?

Cancel from the panel. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then you drop to the free allowance rather than to nothing.
